Design immersion.
Engaging the visitor imagination can be a challenge for exhibits, such as architecture, where it is impossible to display the final product. Museums must rely on drawings and videos to tell the story. Considered use of materials and space can offer opportunities for interaction on an intimate and communal scale. The CAF has a rotating exhibition space that visitors to the historic Santa Fe Building pass through as they go about their business. The exhibit, 5 Architects, was conceived to draw in people and excite their desire to learn more about the work of these architects.
